Cost of Application
There is a free version of the Application available. There is no subscription fee or price that you must pay for this edition.
Additionally, there may be various versions of the App that provide access to certain features or upgraded capabilities in exchange for a monthly charge. These payments must be paid in advance to gain access to the 'paid for' services, or at the conclusion of any applicable free trial period.
Using the Application
To utilise our platform, you must first download the Mobile App or visit the Web App and establish an account using your name. You can only register once for each mobile phone number you own.
If you do not use our App for an extended length of time, we might halt some functionalities that are dependent on our treatment of your data (for example, the provision of new Alerts). When you log back into the Apps, these functionalities will be restored. The terms and conditions and privacy policies of the app store from where you got the Mobile App apply to your usage of it as well.
Some of our services are dependent on the efforts of others (third parties and partners). We make every effort to keep them accessible, but we cannot guarantee that they will always be available or that they will perform flawlessly, especially if the Apps or a partner service is undergoing maintenance. If this occurs, we will notify you if we believe you need to know and will restore service as quickly as possible.
Your device must fulfil our operating system requirements in order for the Mobile App to function. You may find them here. In the case where we are aware of your device's operating system and intend to discontinue support for it, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance. If you have paid in advance for an annual membership and we discontinue support for your device's operating system, causing our Company's services to decline, please contact us at support@gomoveit.io to negotiate a refund. If you do not install operating system updates and new versions of the Mobile App, the Mobile App may not function properly or at all, and your membership price may be charged, thus we encourage installing updates as soon as they become available.
The Mobile App may also fail to function properly if your device has been modified or tampered with (commonly known as "jailbreaking" or "rooting"), or if you use software that interferes with our ability to provide the services.
Intellectual Property
Our Company offers you a personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable licence to use the Apps and website. When you do not comply with these Terms, we have the right to revoke your licence at any time. Our Company or its licensors hold all other rights in the Apps and website. All intellectual property rights in the Apps and the information posted on them are owned by our Company or our licensors. These works are safeguarded by copyright laws and treaties all throughout the world. All of these rights are retained.
Our credentials as the creators of the content on the Apps and website (together with any identifiable collaborators) must always be acknowledged. You must not use any element of the content on our Apps or website for commercial purposes unless we or our licensors grant you permission to do so.
